Bought the satay beef just now and the serving size is absolutely shameful. In comparison to most Chinese who change a lot less for the same dish I’m nothing short of disgusted and angry that they charge premium price for a container literally half full, not even.

The food here is wonderful and we often get takeaway, but on Saturday night we dined in and it was even better. 4 adults and 1 toddler ate adequately from the Deluxe Banquet and it was very hard to choose my favourite dish as I loved them all. It was a nice way to try a few different dishes that we haven't ordered before. We were one of the first tables in so service was very efficient, food was hot, fresh and tasty. We went there for lunch. They even have lunch special in weekends, but you have to pay cash for that. I think that you can pay with EFTPOS on regular items on the menu. The staff understands both in English and Cantonese.

i've been going here for quite a while now and it's always great. consistent quality food and good service from both waiter and chef. Prices of dishes were well priced, as well as the inclusion of lunch specials for about $8 each. This place is only a 10 minute walk from home so it's very convenient, quiet and easy to get to.

They have reasonable price boiled rice dishes from $10.30 and Noodles from $11.3. I have been going to Southpoint Chinese for years now as my go to for really tasty well priced chinese cuisine. The Laksa is amazing, staff there are lovely and could not me more accommodating to their clients regular and new. The décor may not be much to look at but the food and service is hard to beat!!
